The Atlantic-Oase Bitron C 55-Watt UV Clarifier uses powerful ultraviolet light to clean and clear pond water, effectively eliminating green water caused by algae. It can operate as a standalone unit or be seamlessly integrated with Oase filter systems. Specifically designed to mount directly onto OASE BioTec ScreenMatic² and ProfiClear Premium filters, the Bitron C features a quick-release fastener for easy access to the bulb housing, while a built-in safety switch automatically deactivates the UVC bulb when the housing is opened, preventing accidental exposure.

An inspection window allows you to easily check the bulb’s operation and the unit’s self-cleaning mechanism. The Bitron C 55 model includes an automatic cleaning rotor powered by water flow, which continuously moves around the quartz glass sleeve to prevent debris buildup and maintain optimal UVC performance. It also includes adjustable flow control to fine-tune water flow through the UVC chamber.

With a maximum flow rate of 8,000 GPH, the Bitron C 55 is suitable for ponds up to 18,000 gallons. It supports multiple hose sizes—0.75″, 1″, 1.25″, 1.5″, and 2″—and includes a 15-foot power cord. Measuring 24″ long, 7″ wide, and 7″ high, the unit is covered by a 2-year warranty and is compatible with pumps rated for a shut-off head of 17 feet or less.
