Standard and Online Ordering Information
Pond Supplies of Ohio is a wholesale distributor that only sells product to retailers and aquatics-focused businesses such as maintenance services and landscapers. Business verification is required. To place an order online you must be a new or current Pond Supplies of Ohio wholesale customer in good standing. Please call or request a wholesale account to place a purchase.
If you prefer not to place orders online, you may do so by placing orders via fax, telephone, or by emailing a sales representative.

Customers in good standing prior to 2025 with an e-mail contact on file had an online account created automatically using that email address. If you did not recieve an account notification email, please simply fill out the wholesale account application form, or reach out to an associate, and an account will be created for you.
Order Processing
Orders placed Monday through Friday between our operating hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm EST (-5GMT) will be processed same or next day. Orders placed during non-business hours, Saturdays, Sundays, or observed holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Sales Tax Exemptions
A Tax ID must be on-file with Pond Supplies of Ohio to claim sales tax exemption status on orders made via this website. Please contact a representative at (330) 899-9981 to add, change, or remove your tax identification number.
Special Orders
Products marked Special Order require Pond Supplies of Ohio to place a special order for the product on behalf of the customer. A few examples of special order products are certain pond kits, some floating fountains, rock boulder or basalt column kits, and made-to-order pumps. Products discontinued by Pond Supplies of Ohio or the manufacturer are not available for special order.

Out of Stock / On Back Order / Dropship
Pond Supplies of Ohio makes every effort to maintain an adequate inventory of high quality pond supplies from brands that not only sell well but also meet the needs of our clients customers. Products marked “Backordered” or “On Back Order” are items currently out of stock that will be shipped when stock is available again. Products marked “Dropship” are items currently out of stock that Pond Supplies of Ohio may ship direct from the manufacturer. Orders with dropship products may incur additional dropshipping fees by the manufacturer. Products discontinued by Pond Supplies of Ohio or the manufacturer are not available for backordering or dropshipping.
Payments
For Online Orders
Current online payment methods include: Pay by check, Pay by phone, & Pay by Credit/Debit card (Company Credit, Bank Deposit, & Electronic Check coming soon). For credit/debit card purchases Pond Supplies of Ohio accepts: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Orders with check, by phone, or in-person payment methods will only be shipped or loaded after payment is complete.
For Offline Orders
Pond Supplies of Ohio, Inc. accepts cash, check, ACH(electronic check), Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express payable by phone or in-person at our Uniontown, Ohio location. Orders will only be loaded or shipped after payment is made in-full.
Credit/Debit Card Fees
Payments made with a Credit/Debit card are subject to a 3% card processing fee. This fee is charged by the card processing company and is not a fee levied by Pond Supplies of Ohio.
ACH/Electronic Check Fees
Payments made via electronic check or ACH are subject to a 1.5%-2% processing fee. This fee is charged by the check processor and is not a fee levied by Pond Supplies of Ohio.
Wholesale Distribution Only
Pond Supplies of Ohio, Inc., our online, digital, and printed catalog prices and products are available to the wholesale trade only. Possession or access to our catalog does not qualify the end-user for purchase.
Prices Subject To Change Without Notice
Manufacturer product availability varies throughout the year. Expect potential increases that become effective immediately, sometimes with no warning from the manufacturer. Pond Supplies of Ohio, Inc. is not responsible for typographical, pictorial, or pricing errors.
Catalog Pricing
Pond Supplies of Ohio catalog and online catalog products are provided with “each” pricing unless otherwise specified. Products with case pricing, or distinguished with case quantities will be subject to an up-charge to break the case. Suggested Retail Prices (MSRP/LIST) are based primarily on a 40% gross profit margin. Actual retail prices should be determined by each dealers management and not by MSRP. Yearly digital and printed catalogs replace all prior digital and printed catalogs.
Minimum Advertised Pricing
MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies are set by manufacturers to establish the minimum price a product may be advertised for to the end-user. Pond Supplies of Ohio avidly supports this initiative and fully endorses manufacturers who implement MAP policies. At it’s core MAP policies are designed to protect retailers and the industry as a whole. For information regarding specific manufacturer MAP policies please contact your salesperson.
