Wholesale Ordering
Pond Supplies of Ohio, Inc. is a wholesale company devoted to providing it’s services to large and small businesses across the United States. To place a wholesale order online you must be a member of our wholesale program and either setup or have an account with us. If you already maintain an account in good standing and prefer not to place orders online, you may do so by placing orders via fax, telephone, or by emailing a sales representative at sales@pondsuppliesofohio.com.
Order Processing
Orders placed Monday through Friday between our operating hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm (-5GMT) will be processed same or next day. Orders placed during non-business hours, Saturdays, Sundays, or observed holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Payment Methods
Pond Supplies of Ohio, Inc. accepts cash, check, ACH(electronic check), Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express. There is a 3% surcharge for all invoices being paid with a credit card. Current online checkout payment options include Pay by Check, In-Person/Phone, or Credit/Debit (BACS, and ACH are coming soon).

Pond Supplies of Ohio, Inc., our online, digital, and printed catalog prices and products are available to the wholesale trade only. Possession or access to our catalog does not qualify the end-user for purchase.

Case Pricing
Products with case pricing, or distinguished with case quantities will be subject to an up-charge to break the case.
Minimum Advertised Pricing
MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing) policies are set forth by manufacturers to establish the minimum price that a product can be advertised for to the end-user. Pond Supplies of Ohio avidly supports this initiative and fully endorses manufacturers who implement MAP programs.
