Returns & Warranties

All returns, including products under warranty, must be pre-approved by an authorized Pond Supplies of Ohio representative and receive a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Undamaged items in re-sellable condition may be returned (except for special orders, cut liner, and used pumps) and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The original purchase amount less the restocking fee will be issued as a credit on account to be used on future orders. Any product held for over 90 days may not be returned. Pond Supplies of Ohio follows all manufacturer warranty policies. We will ship warranty replacement items freight free, but customer will be responsible for shipping defective items back, if needed.

Missing or damaged goods

Carefully inspect all shipments upon receipt. Note any damaged or missing product on the Bill of Lading before accepting the shipment and notify us immediately. Replacement product will be shipped promptly. Any damaged goods accepted without exception shall become your responsibility and we will be unable to assist you with any claim.
