Standard Shipping Information
Individual products or orders too small to be shipped by freight service will be shipped via a standard carrier such as FedEx or the United States Postal Service (USPS). Standard shipping rates apply.
Due to tariffs and the fluctuating rates of shipping in the United States, Pond Supplies of Ohio, Inc will review every order for accurate shipping costs. In the event an orders shipping rate is inaccurate an associate will contact the customer to adjust the order total.
Freight Shipments
For orders made offline, all invoices will include freight charges. Orders that qualify for free freight may deduct freight charges if payment is received within terms specified on the invoice. Orders not paid within the specified terms will forfeit free freight and the invoiced amount will be due in full.
Third-party dropshipped, special order, non-stocked, or other specific items with special shipping provisions are excluded from free freight.
Please indicate any special delivery instructions/needs when placing your order. Shipment options (accessorials) for residential delivery, call-ahead notifications, liftgate service, and other shipping accommodations will be available during online checkout and may incur additional charges.
Free Freight
- Orders over $1,800 USD ship freight free to Ohio (Orange Zone)
- Orders over $2,100 USD ship freight free to BLUE Zones
- Orders over $2,300 USD ship freight free to GREEN Zones
- Orders over $3,000 USD ship freight free to YELLOW Zones
- Orders over $4,000 USD ship freight free to MAGENTA Zones
* Additional fee’s will apply for residential shipping and lift gate services. A $170 USD surcharge applies to orders that include 8′ (ft) long liner rolls with additional fee’s for 11′ (ft) and larger. Additional surcharges to destinations designated as rural by available freight carriers may also apply.

Local Pickup
Pond Supplies of Ohio is happy to have you pick up your order. When placing an order online, please designate during the checkout process that you will be picking up your order at our location (Local Pickup) and indicate an estimated pickup time. If your order is being made by email, by fax, or by phone, please indicate to your salesperson that you will be picking up your order. If in doubt, please call in advance. Most orders can be pulled and ready for you.
Damaged Freight / Missing Product
Carefully inspect all shipments upon reciept. Please inform the driver and note any damaged or missing products on the Bill of Lading before accepting the shipment. Notify Pond Supplies of Ohio immediately. Replacement product will be re-shipped promptly. Damaged goods accepted without exception shall become the recipients responsibility and Pond Supplies of Ohio will be unable to assist with any claims.
